Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; everything else leaves the vault within one business day. You get a tracking number by email at dispatch.
30-day returns
Not happy? Return unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of arrival.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking stalls or your stamps arrive damaged, email support@thestampvault.com within 30 days and we replace or refund the order in full.
