• Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

• Account credentials and authentication data when you sign in with email/password or Google Sign-In
• Communications you send us, such as support requests or return inquiries
• Device and usage information collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process, fulfill, and ship your orders
• Send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, tracking updates, and support responses
• Provide and manage your account, including order history and saved addresses
• Calculate and apply volume discounts, membership savings, and promotional offers
• Improve our website, products, and customer service
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

Session Recording and Error Monitoring

We use Sentry to detect and diagnose errors on our site. As part of this, Sentry's Session Replay records a playback of your visit — the pages you view, your clicks and scrolling, and the way you move through the site:

• Around 10% of ordinary visits are recorded, chosen at random
• Every visit in which an error occurs is recorded, so we can see what went wrong
• Recording applies across the site, including checkout and account pages
• Recordings capture on-screen activity, not keystrokes; payment card details are entered in a secure frame hosted by Stripe and are never part of a recording
• Recordings are stored by Sentry and used only to investigate errors and improve the site

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and sales tax calculation
• Supabase — hosts our database, accounts and sign-in, and files you upload
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves our website
• Lovable — our development and hosting platform, which also receives error reports
• Sentry — error monitoring and the session recordings described above
• Google — sign-in, when you choose to sign in with a Google account
• USPS — shipping, tracking and delivery
• Resend — delivery of order, dispatch and support emails

These providers may process your information only to perform these services for us, and are required to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Payment details are handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we work hard to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent for optional communications

Children's Privacy

The Stamp Vault does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our services are intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
